Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to support and expand a career platform integrated with Workday for a prominent German enterprise managing over 1,000 open positions. This is a long-term project requiring approximately 80 hours per month.
You will serve as the sole developer, working directly with the client to deliver high-quality solutions via an Asana board for task management. This role provides autonomy to propose innovative ideas, think creatively, and drive solution-oriented development. Strong communication, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail are essential to ensure the platform’s continuous improvement and alignment with client needs.
Tech Stack:
Frontend:
JavaScript (ES6+): Modern JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and API integration (e.g., Fetch API, AJAX).
React or Vanilla JS: Dynamic user interfaces with React or native JavaScript.
HTML5 & CSS3: Structuring, semantics, and responsive design with accessibility in mind.
Tailwind CSS & SASS: Efficient, modular, and scalable CSS solutions.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Best practices for page speed and SEO.

Backend Development: Integrate Workday and other APIs, manage server-side logic, and ensure database optimization.
Job Scheduling & Queue Management: Manage Laravel jobs, queues, and API integrations.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Performance Optimization: Improve performance, SEO, and overall user experience across the platform.

Experience: Minimum 3 years with PHP (Laravel, WordPress) and JavaScript (ES6+).

Backend Expertise: Strong with Laravel, WordPress, and MySQL.
