I have a client in San Francisco that is looking for 5 Software Engineers. This is a very difficult search. They are looking for exceptional engineers coming from fast growing startups or big tech (Meta, Amazon, Google etc.)
Location: Onsite in Redwood City, CA.

This is an onsite position with Retell AI.

The tech stack is: Node.js, React, Next.js, AWS

We’re searching for backend and full-stack engineers with 3+ years of experience working in fast-growing startups or big tech companies. Roles and responsibilities
• Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
• Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions even when there are disagreements.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
• Previous cloud tech stack managing experience is a plus..

Pay: $163,002.00 - $173,634.00 per year
