We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing our platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using React and Next.js .
• Implement and optimize WebRTC-based real-time communication features, utilizing LiveKit or similar technologies.
• Improve application performance by reducing latency and managing network disruptions in real-time environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in real-time, network-dependent applications.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with React and Next.js in building large-scale, sustainable applications.
• Familiarity with WebRTC and experience with LiveKit or similar technologies for real-time audio/video streaming.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and manage network challenges in real-time settings.
• Proficiency in version control tools, particularly Git .
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in diverse teams.
