Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain chatbot applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Integrate AI/NLP models (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa) to enhance chatbot functionalities.
• Develop RESTful and WebSocket APIs to support real-time interactions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve chatbot response accuracy.

Education:
• Minimum Qualification: HSC Degree
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience
• Preferred number of years of experience: 5 years
