Position: Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
Location: New York
Full Stack Engineer / 120k-125k / Hybrid after Initial Onsite to start

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Develop code that complies with design specifications and meets security standards.
• Implement robust, secure, and scalable software.
• Use a variety of tools to perform unit testing, regression testing, automated builds, and source control.
• Participate in the development and implementation phases of projects to integrate appropriate applications.
• Perform code reviews with team members.
• Report to the Manager and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
