We are hiring a Full Stack MERN Team Lead with 6+ years of experience in MERN stack, React.js. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills to manage team, oversee sprints, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team to develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.

- Manage sprint planning, releases, and on-time project delivery.

- Collaborate with management to define tasks, requirements, and schedules.

- Hands-on coding in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Develop modern, responsive UI using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.

- Write unit and performance tests for scalability and reliability.

- Knowledge on cloud deployment on AWS.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack/Backend Developer.

- Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

- Experience with Next.js and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

BSc in CSE/Math/Physics
