DMF Lighting in Carson, CA is seeking a Full Stack Shopify Developer to join our team.

This role is onsite in Carson, CA.

The salary range is $100,000 to $130,000 (depending on skills/experience).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust and scalable e-commerce applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Customize and extend Shopify functionality to meet specific business needs.
• Work on Oracle Fusion and Shopify App Integration
• Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve bugs, and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Run extensive QA to ensure performance consistency across key devices and browsers.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and Shopify.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes and workflows.
• Drive projects and tasks to completion by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with peers from business and technology partners, adapting to changing conditions as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce development and Shopify including proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, UI/UX design principles, and responsive web design
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks
• Expertise in Shopify development, including custom theme development, app integrations, and API utilization (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git and agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, React / React Native
• Has working knowledge in liquid templating and theming system of Shopify.
• Must carry working knowledge of Shopify properties or objects, Meta fields, and AJAX API.
• Must possess debugging and testing abilities utilizing browser console and various other tools.
• Must have the ability to provide proactive feedback and interact effectively.
• Working knowledge in 3rd-party APIs and services along with Shopify plugins.
• Previous experience in creating responsive and unique layouts for mobile devices, tablets, and desktop.
