About Fabtechsol

Fabtechsol is a leading software house focused on advancing AI technologies. We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, and fine-tuning open-source models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize Generative AI models using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Pinecone.

2. Implement and fine-tune Hugging Face models, VLLMs, YOLO, and SAM for various applications.

3. Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced AI responses.

4. Build and enhance AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making.

5. Fine-tune and deploy open-source LLMs for domain-specific applications.

6. Work with forecasting models to predict trends and patterns in data.

7. Optimize model performance using LoRA, QLoRA, and parameter-efficient tuning techniques.

8. Ensure seamless model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.

2. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, and RAG architectures.

3. Strong expertise in Hugging Face, VLLMs, and fine-tuning open-source LLMs.

4. Familiarity with YOLO, SAM (Segment Anything Model), and forecasting models.

5. Experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development.

6. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.

7. Understanding of vector databases (ChromaDB, Weaviate, Pinecone).

8. Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, and Docker for model deployment.

9. Strong problem-solving skills with a research-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, images, audio).

2. Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and Knowledge Graphs.

3. Exposure to low-latency inference optimization techniques.
