• Be able to follow international and VF standard to define development validation plans and test requirements for electronic components (EMC, Electrical, Environmental and Durability).
• Tracking of test status during development phase, supporting development of supplier test plans and detailed test procedures.
• Review/Approval of component Test result and Evaluation of test deviations, create risk assessments and escalate to senior management.
• Support vehicle level testing, root cause investigations and risk assessments (Vehicle EMC test, homologation test)
• Development of component and vehicle test standards, test procedures and templates.
• Optimization of validation plans to reduce development timing and cost.

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering, or equivalent engineering degree.
• Open for junior and senior engineers
• Familiar with design of electronic components; PCB design, Mechanical, function operation of Electronics Control unit in vehicle.
• Experience in DFMEA process, past lesson learnt in EE component integration
• Familiar with design of electronic components; PCB design, Mechanical, function operation of Electronics Control unit in vehicle.
• Experience about analysis system requirement of component and build test case for component.
• Experience in Automotive protocol like CAN/LIN Ethernet.
• Good English communication skills
