• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize maintenance operations and manage spare parts inventory.
• Work closely with the Tech team to develop robust monitoring systems and use company tools to quickly identify anomalies and respond to critical issues.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver efficient troubleshooting for hardware issues.
• Partner with development teams to develop and implement fixes for common reliability challenges.
