Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled HCL & JavaScript Developers with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our fully remote development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HCL technologies and JavaScript, capable of building robust applications, automating workflows, and integrating with various services, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using HCL technologies and JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable JavaScript code for front-end and back-end solutions.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as per project needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve product quality.
• Document development processes, architecture, and code changes.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience working with HCL technologies/platforms (please specify exact HCL products if applicable).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively across time zones.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
