Front-End Developer for WordPress and UI-UX Figma Designer (Full Time)This full-time position is for a Front-End Developer for WordPress and UI/UX Figma Designer to join a fully distributed digital marketing and website development company focused on clients that sell courses, memberships, online training programs, and spiritual teachers.We encourage new ideas, initiative, and innovation. We’ve implemented an Agile Scrumban framework for fulfillment and work allocation (similar to Kanban Boards), which makes for a dynamic workplace.We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy person to develop and maintain Divi websites, create funnels, and automated emails with an emphasis on front-end development. The successful candidate will also design high-quality assets in Figma for websites, wireframes, ad images, logos, and graphics.You will be working extensively in ActiveCampaign, WordPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash, WP Fusion, and Figma.You must be available to work full-time between 8 am and 4 pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday.The successful hire starts with part-time hours and has a growing level of responsibilities. Through progressive responsibilities, this becomes a full-time role.ResponsibilitiesAvailability from 8 am to 4 pm Central Standard Time (Guatemala/Costa Rica)Fulfilling daily front-end tech requests sent to our customer service team (for example, working on 3 to 6 different tasks in a day)Developing online funnels by creating the webpages (landing, thank you, sales, checkout, upsell, downsell) and automated email marketing sequencesDesign and develop Divi WordPress websites with WooCommerce, LearnDash, and WP FusionDesign websites, wireframes, ad images, logos, and graphics in FigmaScheduling conditional emails and segmenting contact lists through CRM (ActiveCampaign, FunnelKit, FluentCRM)Figma ResponsibilitiesDesign homepage, landing pages, and similar web pages using FigmaDesign logos, icons, and branded assetsDesign ad creatives, images for websites, images for emails, banners, and other graphicsWordPress Front-End Divi Theme ResponsibilitiesProficient in WordPress to manage and update the front-end of existing Divi Theme business website pages.Creating front-end funnel pages: landing pages, thank you pages, sales pages, checkout pages, and upsell pagesCreating custom post types (CPT) and custom fields (ACF Pro)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website and CRM functionalities.WooCommerce Responsibilities (Optional)Creating and updating productsScheduling sales and couponsManaging WooSubscriptionsCreating custom checkout linksCreating upsells and downsellsExperience creating courses, lessons, and topics in LearnDashControlling course access and protecting pagesCRM and ActiveCampaign Responsibilities (Optional)Experience with CRM systems, particularly ActiveCampaign (FunnelKit, FluentCRM), to handle segmenting comprehensive customer data, scheduling email campaigns, and configuring automations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website and CRM functionalities.Task Management and Problem SolvingMust be able to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and problem-solve independently.Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting approach to work.ClickUp experience is beneficial but not required.Record “how-to” videos and create explainer documents (for others to follow your steps or understand the proper process).RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively.Full-time availability from 8 am to 4 pm Central Standard Time (Costa Rica)Microphone and camera (required for all meetings).Application StepsPlease read the steps carefully as your application will be rejected if you do not follow them.Send your application directly through this platform and NOT by email.
