Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design and Architecture:
• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and architecture of Auth0 solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry standards.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications that outline the integration of Auth0 with existing client systems, including APIs, microservices, and legacy applications.
• Ensure that all design aspects meet the client’s security, compliance, and scalability needs, especially in a shipping and logistics environment.
• Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and set milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, representing TCS’s interests and capabilities while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions with client stakeholders to communicate architecture strategies and ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Manage and guide development teams, including both onsite and offshore resources, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project’s technical vision and goals.
• Mentor and support team members by providing technical direction, setting coding and quality standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers, to ensure a cohesive approach to implementation.
• Project Management and Delivery:
• Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring that key milestones are met and that delivery is on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to both the client and TCS leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Technical Innovation and Best Practices:
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to identity management and Auth0 solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, techniques, and approaches that can enhance the implementation and overall performance of the Auth0 solution.
• Ensure that all aspects of the solution are optimized for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Compliance and Security Management:
• Ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations, while adhering to industry best practices for identity management.
• Collaborate with security teams to conduct audits, assessments, and penetration testing, ensuring that the solution is secure and resilient against threats.
• Document all architectural decisions, configurations, and implementation details to ensure future support and compliance audits.
• Post-Implementation Support and Optimization:
• Lead the transition to support teams post-implementation, providing knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the Auth0 solution, including performance enhancements and the introduction of new features.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the client, ensuring a smooth post-deployment experience.
Salary Range-$140,000-$160,000 a year
