Job Description
• Proven experience as a Node.js developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
• Experience with web frameworks like Express.js or similar.
• Database knowledge: Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or Passport.
• Version control experience, preferably with Git.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven programming using callbacks, promises, and async/await.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to write clear and well-documented code.
• Experience with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a plus.
