I need some clearly described edits to the homepage of a Wordpress website. Mostly CSS, maybe adding a 'light / dark' toggle field to the settings to add a light or dark overlay and use dark or light colors for text on top. And other minor edits.
Later work can continue on hourly basis, according to the need of the client.
