This is a technical position responsible for the Site Infrastructure Support. Both computer and over the phone work with USA facilities (During USA normal office hours, 8pm to 5am in Vietnam). Primarily focused on PC technical support through Servi

Under the general supervision is responsible for the following tasks - locally, as well as remotely:Provides PC and basic Network connectivity technical support and repair as needed.Understanding and use of a ticket system (Summits own ServiceNow help system)Remote access of PCs to assist usersProvides software and account technical support and repair as needed.Assists in corporate hardware and software inventory (SCCM)Assists in the recordkeeping of software licenses and an accurate media inventoryOther duties as assigned.
