Duties:
• Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+ with C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.
• Translate application requirements into web-based solutions, utilizing recommended frameworks and technologies.
• Design and develop reusable components, accelerators, and frameworks.
• Assist with the system integration of various components.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) frameworks such as NUnit and xUnit.
• Employ design patterns, including Singleton, Factory, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Implement data structures effectively.
Education:
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline, is required. A master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, Angular, and Node.js.
• At least two (2) years in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration.
• One (1) year of experience with architectural frameworks and data structures.
• Familiarity with .NET technologies like WPF, WCF, and WF.
• Skilled in scripting languages including ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Experience with ADO.NET data access methods and LINQ.
• Knowledge of concurrent application development.
• Extensive SQL Server 2014 experience, including stored procedures and database design.
• Familiarity with Integrated Eligibility Systems for health and human services programs (e.g., SNAP, TCA).
• Experience with system integration and data transfer (e.g., EBT, MMIS).
• Understanding of benefit reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies related to HHS programs.
