Jr. Web Developer

About the role:
We’re seeking a passionate Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our developers, designers, and digital reach teams to build engaging, and user-friendly websites that help clients flourish and reach their goals. Beyond technical execution, you'll help clients create cohesive, sustainable web ecosystems and provide guidance to ensure long-term success with their digital platforms.
Requirements:
• Build and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress pagebuilders, and modern web technologies.
• Use design files from Figma and Adobe XD to build functional web pages and templates.
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to implement user-friendly and accessible UI/UX solutions.
• Work primarily within WordPress CMS, including WP Engine, with opportunities to explore other platforms such as HubSpot CMS, Instapage or similar.
• Develop and integrate automation workflows using tools like Zapier to connect websites with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, email marketing tools).
• Test and debug websites to ensure optimal performance across devices and browsers.
• Assist in creating or customizing email templates and supporting CRM integrations.
• Monitor and maintain the overall health of web servers and hosting platforms.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 1–2 years of web development experience, including WordPress CMS and Hubspot development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with PHP and WordPress page builders (you would mostly be working in Beaver Builder and Elementor, though other builders like WP Bakery experience are beneficial).
• Experience with integration tools like Zapier to automate workflows and enhance website functionality.
• Understanding of website analytics, user behavior, and data integration.
• Experience with email templates or CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Ability to guide clients in maintaining their websites to align with the project's purpose and integrity.
• E-commerce experience with tools like WooCommerce or Stripe is an advantage.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
