Responsibilities

• Functions as core member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices with respect to tools, common components, and documentation
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members to deliver the assigned tasks
• Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability
• Learns, understands, participates fully in all team ceremonies, including work breakdown, estimation, and retrospectives
• Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential, including substantiated ability to innovate and take pride in quickly deploying working software
• Write and develop Services, Rest APIs and Integrations with other systems
• Function as member of an Agile scrum team working on prioritized product backlog

Requirements

• Entry level ability in software development
• Previously completed internship with skills-based talent developer
• High energy demonstrated, willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
• 6 months of experience with Java, Spring Boot
• Analyze/refine business features and user stories with Product Owner to support design and build activities
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Implements integration with external systems
• Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technology processes
• Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions
• Beginning level understanding of CI/CD process and tools like - Git, Docker, Jenkins, XL Release etc
