Primary Responsibilities
• Work with Node.js and PHP on backend development
• Write and optimize MariaDB SQL queries
• Assist in implementing new features under senior developer guidance
• Participate in code reviews and software testing
• Document development processes and maintain technical documentation
• Support basic frontend tasks as needed (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Required Skills
• Basic proficiency in Node.js and PHP
• Understanding of SQL databases (MariaDB experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Previous internship or project experience
• Basic understanding of the travel/hospitality industry
• Experience with agile development practices
Work Environment
• Fully remote position – work from anywhere!
