Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at International Conference Management, Inc. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our visual communications, contributing to the overall success of our conventions and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
• Design magazines, banners web assets, and social media graphics using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Assist in building, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites using Themeco’s Pro/X Theme
• Optimize images and graphics for web and print
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials
• Work with the marketing team to develop email templates and landing pages
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting and content updates for WordPress sites
• Design and edit email campaigns

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress, with experience in Themeco Pro/X Theme (or willingness to learn)
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and branding
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor styling adjustments
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
