Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Back-end Developer with experience in Springboot, Java, and related technologies to join our team at Independent Software.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and will be able to lead and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop back-end systems using Java, Springboot, and related technologies
• Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
• At least 16 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development
• Proven experience with Springboot, Java, and related technologies
Clearance:
Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph to be considered for this role.
