Monetumo is an ad tech startup focused on header bidding and programmatic advertising. We're building a platform that helps publishers maximize their ad revenue by seamlessly integrating with additional demand partners.

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer to take ownership of the technical direction and build the product from scratch. What You’ll Do:

- Build from the ground up – Design and develop the entire Monetumo platform, from backend architecture to frontend implementation.

- Lead development – Own the technical vision, make key architectural decisions, and ensure a scalable and maintainable codebase.

- Work with Ruby on Rails & JavaScript – We prefer Rails for the backend and need strong JavaScript expertise for ad-related implementations.

- Integrate with demand partners – Work with Prebid.js, header bidding, and real-time bidding (RTB) integrations.

- Optimize performance – Speed and efficiency are critical in ad tech. You'll optimize for high-load environments and low-latency bidding.

- Shape the business – We’re not just looking for a coder but someone who understands the business side of things and can align technical decisions with revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

- Senior full-stack experience – You’ve built production-grade applications in Ruby on Rails and have strong JavaScript skills.

- Ad tech expertise is a big plus – If you have experience with header bidding, Prebid.js, SSPs, DSPs, or programmatic advertising, that’s a huge advantage.

- Entrepreneurial mindset – You enjoy working independently, making decisions, and solving business challenges through technology.

- Scalability & performance focus – Experience building high-performance systems that handle large-scale traffic.
