I’m looking for a talented web developer and SEO specialist to help refresh and transform my martial arts website, www.actiontaekwondo.com.au, into a high-performing lead generation machine. The site is currently built on WordPress using Divi, hosted on WP Engine, and integrates with Spark Membership for lead follow-up. We’re now transitioning to Go High Level (GHL) for all lead management after form submission.

IMPORTANT:

Before committing to a full website project, I will hire one developer to redesign the homepage and one program page (e.g., Children's 5-12yrs page: https://actiontaekwondo.com.au/programs/kids-5-12yrs/). This trial will help me evaluate your skills, creativity, and understanding of the project’s goals. If the two pages meet expectations, we can then proceed with the full site.

Changes will be made on a staging site: https://actiontk466stg.wpenginepowered.com/

• Redesign the homepage & Program page with conversion and lead generation as the top priority

• Improve copywriting and embed compelling CTAs (Calls-to-Action)

• Optimise speed and mobile usability

• Remove unnecessary plugins and improve performance (Google PageSpeed scores must be in the green)

• Include contact form and testimonials

• Use keyword research to inform SEO

• Rebuild the site to focus on attracting and converting new leads

• Streamline and clean up all pages for speed and simplicity

• Full SEO audit and implementation (including on-page optimisation)

• Possibly recommend better hosting if WP Engine isn’t optimal
