We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Developer from Bangladesh with 7+ years of experience to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern front-end technologies.
• Work in an agile development environment and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a UI Developer, preferably in a remote or international team.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and agile workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Participate in regular team meetings Monday-Friday between 9:00-12:00 PT

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Cloud Services like GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and state management tools (Redux, Vuex, Zustand).
• Understanding of backend technologies (Go, SQL) is a plus.
