The Lead Programmer will also provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure best programming practices are followed.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing multiple online projects, ensuring they are completed within strict deadlines. As a Lead Programmer, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior programmers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute multiple online projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide daily work reports to the management team.
• Embrace a flexible work schedule, aligning with the company's policy of not adhering to fixed working hours.
• Uphold the company's ideas and credentials with utmost loyalty and integrity.
• Ensure that each project is completed within a maximum of 2 months.
• Lead by example, showing respect to senior management and fostering a respectful environment within the team.
• Mentor and support junior programmers, helping them grow in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Python/Ruby/Node.js
• PHP
• Java/Kotlin
• SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Go/Rust (for high-performance back-end services)
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as:
• React.js/Angular/Vue.js
• Django/Flask (Python)
• Laravel (PHP)
• Spring Boot (Java)
• Express.js (Node.js)

Expertise in technologies and tools like:
• Docker/Kubernetes
• AWS/Azure/GCP
• GraphQL
• CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
• Redis/RabbitMQ
