Lead Salesforce Integration Developer

Job Description

Job Summary:

As the Lead Salesforce Integration Developer, you will be responsible for the design and creation of Salesforce applications and interfaces within ABA's Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Your role involves overseeing technical aspects of system interactions with Nimble AMS/Salesforce, working in a collaborative, customer-centric setting utilizing Agile methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development
• Design, test, implement, and document user stories and bugs in ABA's Salesforce environments, tracking progress in Azure DevOps and contributing to meetings.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations with third-party solutions.
• Translate user stories into functional Salesforce software.
• Create Apex Class and Visualforce pages adhering to Salesforce standards.
• Develop Apex Test classes with high coverage percentages.
• Prepare deployment packages and write APEX classes/triggers.
• Collaborate on business requirement analysis and technical solution implementation.
• Create test and implementation plans with detailed interface and data flow documentation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Production Support
• Monitor and manage interfaces, troubleshoot customer issues, and maintain service level agreements.
• Document bugs and solutions in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with data specialists to ensure interface accuracy.

Deployment and Maintenance
• Manage sprint deployments and backups using Gearset.
• Adhere to ABA's change management policies during production deployment.
• Assist in code deployment between environments and error resolution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of SFDC development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Strong expertise in Trigger Framework and asynchronous coding techniques.
• Salesforce Platform Developer (I and II) certification.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems and custom APIs.
• Experience in .Net development, Java/JavaScript, C#, and AWS Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design guidelines, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and a passion for dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and users to gather requirements.
