What You’ll Achieve
• Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Manage and oversee integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with project managers to align development activities with project timelines and objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in MuleSoft technology, providing technical leadership and direction.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and enhancements and recommend improvements to current processes and solutions.
• Implement best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
• Deliver robust and scalable integration solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers quality solutions.
• Drive innovation by incorporating the latest MuleSoft features and integration best practices.
• Ensure successful project delivery through effective project management and collaboration.

Who You Are
• What you’ll bring with you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, included hands on experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft development.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule 4, API design, and RAML.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience developing, managing, and optimizing APIs and data integration between Salesforce and other systems using Mulesoft.
• Why you might stand out from other talent:
• MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Architect certifications.
• Experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Base Salary: $91,500 - $152,500

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
