Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in software development with JavaScript, Node.js , and Vue.js Strong experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure Proven leadership experience (mentoring, onboarding, team collaboration) Demonstrated ability to build scalable, production-ready applications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment Desired Skills & Experience Familiarity with healthcare technology or experience working in the health insurance space Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience working with microservices architecture What You Will Be Doing As a Lead Developer, your primary focus will be on writing high-quality code and developing new features that improve the healthcare platform. You will spend 85% of your time hands-on coding, while the other 15% will be dedicated to managing the development process, mentoring junior developers, and fostering collaboration across the team. Your leadership will be key in ensuring the success of the project, guiding both contractors and FTEs toward achieving common goals.
