About the Role:

We’re looking for a Website Designer to join our team on-site — someone who combines a strong command of Figma and a sharp design eye. This is a flexible, independent role where you’ll be fully responsible for the look, feel, and user experience of our websites. If you stay current with design trends and have a track record of clean, effective, and modern web design — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and prototype website layouts in Figma — from wireframes to polished UI
• Implement modern, responsive, and user-friendly designs
• Collaborate with developers and team members to hand off designs effectively
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
• Maintain a consistent visual language and design system for the website
• Continuously refine and evolve the site based on feedback and performance insights

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Deep understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design
• A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, and well-structured website designs
• Awareness of current design trends and the ability to apply them appropriately
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or FigJam
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Understanding of conversion-focused design or SEO-friendly layouts
