About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Web UI/UX Designer to drive the design and user experience strategy for our digital products. In this role, you will create visually stunning, user-friendly web interfaces and lead a team of designers to ensure consistency and innovation in our design approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs innovative.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX designs.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with front-end developers and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
