Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain voice media gateways that integrate with telephony infrastructure
• Develop server-side logic, optimize performance, integrate with telephony systems, and ensure smooth operation of complex systems
• Manage and configure Linux servers for hosting applications, ensuring performance, stability, and security
• Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize telephony software

Requirements

• This role requires advanced knowledge of telephony software, Linux server management, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**
• Strong experience with Ruby programming and understanding of the Ruby on Rails framework
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with telephony systems and Linux server management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
• BA/BS and 2 years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 years
• This position requires a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical documentation skills and be able to maintain clear technical documentation for telephony integration and deployment processes
