Looking for someone to develop a function in NodeJS with the following characteristics:

1. Takes in an Ethereum address (A).

2. Returns all addresses that are controlled by the same user as the address - all funders and fundees that are not exchanges, communal smart contracts, mixers or any other address not controlled by that user.

This includes children, (A funds B, B funds C, include A, B and C), cousins (A is funded by Z, Z funds Y, include Z, Y, Z). However, if any of these are exchanges, mixers or other addresses, do not return - e.g. A is funded by Z, Z is Binance, Z funds Y, only return A.

The function should be efficient and able to be called thousands of times per minute.

You can use external libraries, but you must break down how much extra it would cost.
