Project
- We are assessing whether Magento fits our future e-commerce strategy. To do this, we will rapidly validate solution ideas with Magento. Because we do not have any in-house experience with Magento, we need a development team to work with closely.
Project Approach & Collaboration
- We are looking for a development team that can work with us iteratively and incrementally to rapidly test and validate solution ideas based on Magento. Our goal is to quickly determine what works and refine based on real-world feedback.
How We Work:
- Short Iterations: We will define small, testable increments of work that can be delivered and evaluated quickly.
- Frequent Check-ins: We expect regular updates (daily async check-ins, multiple live reviews per week) to ensure alignment.
- Prototyping & Validation: Speed matters—we need to build lightweight versions first to test feasibility before scaling.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Open communication is key. We’ll provide clear "right next steps" of what we want to test, and we expect a proactive team that offers insights and raises concerns early.
- Agility Over Perfection: The goal is learning and iteration, not perfect code on the first try.
