Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both digital and offline marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a knack for driving brand awareness and business growth. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, team leadership, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
· Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals.
· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas.
Content and Campaign Management:
· Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
· Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
· Manage B2B and B2C marketing efforts, including relationship building with partners and clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct competitor research and identify gaps in the market.
· Proactively generate ideas to develop new business opportunities.
· Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
· Organize presentations, webinars, and other events to promote services.
· Engage with stakeholders regularly to improve the quality and volume of business.
CRM and Social Media Management:
· Use CRM tools and social media platforms to disseminate communications and encourage engagement.
· Deliver key messages and inspire engagement from clients, partners, and customers.

• Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, particularly in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
