Job description: Who are we looking for?
Overall 8+ years of experience in MEAN Stack Development and experience in leading 5-6 development team size.
Technical Skills:
Primary Skills: React JS, Node JS, Express JS, Nest JS, SQL Server DB or Mongo DB
Secondary Skills: Java Script, Angular JS, Jenkins, AWS, OpenShift
• Excellent programming skills in application development using MERN stack
• Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5, React Js, Angular
• Good hands-on experience in API/ Microservices development using Node JS, Express and Nest JS
• Knowledge and experience with SDLC lifecycle
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review
• Good Hand-on experience with code repository tools such as JIRA, GIT, etc.
• Experience in writing Angular unit test cases (Jasmine), Node JS unit test cases (Mocha) to write unit test cases.
• Create build / package scripts for deploying applications using GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible and similar tools.
• Experience with development in AWS. Certification is a plus
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
• Have experience in sprint based Agile Methodology.
• Application development using tools like: Jira, Swagger, Jenkins, OpenShift, Dockers
• Good expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting
Process Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Behavioral Skills:
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
