Field Service Representative

This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset to provide timely and effective service solutions to customers.
• Generating service revenue from AMC, CMC, and spares is an essential aspect of this job.
• Reporting daily and weekly service activities to the Service Head is also required.
