Job Description
I’m looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to migrate my Node.js backend from AWS (EC2 + Load Balancer) to OVH (or a similar hosting solution). The project involves setting up the new infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment, and providing guidance throughout the process.
Current Setup:
• AWS EC2 instance running a Node.js application
• AWS Load Balancer managing incoming traffic
• Bitbucket repository for source code
Tasks to be Done:
• Set up an OVH instance with the required OS and dependencies
• Configure a reverse proxy (NGINX or similar) to replace AWS Load Balancer
• Deploy the Node.js application on OVH
• Implement auto-deployment from Bitbucket (if feasible)
• Ensure security & performance optimization
• Provide guidance & documentation for managing the new setup
Requirements:
• Proven experience with AWS EC2 & Load Balancer
• Strong expertise in Node.js deployment & OVH
• Familiarity with Bitbucket pipelines & auto-deployment
• Ability to configure NGINX (or an alternative reverse proxy)
• Knowledge of server security & performance tuning
• Willingness to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
💡 Everything will be done under my OVH account.
Looking for someone who can start ASAP. Please include relevant experience and an estimated timeline in your proposal.
