Hello, I need someone to fix some small bug on my website, it's coded in next.js and has a backend interacting with the database in Node.js

for context, at first I show the bug, where I try to change the proxy group inside of "STALK GROUPS" it seems to work but when i refresh it still show the old proxy group meaning it didn't worked

I try multiple time, and then I go inside of "WORK GROUPS" to show that the same feature work here perfectly, it's literally the same feature
