Job Description

ASRC Federal Holding Company is a premier provider of systems and solutions for a wide variety of federal government customers. We are seeking motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our team in developing mission critical agency systems in a dynamic, agile environment.

Location: Arlington, VA
Work arrangement: Onsite (5 days)
Clearance: Interim or Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

Develop mission critical applications in support of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) mission
Work collaboratively in an Agile software development environment
Apply modern software development techniques for a modular system
Have an ability to learn new technologies as they are introduced, and the software applications and environment evolves
Support modernization of software development practices
Contribute to enterprise best practices and playbooks
Identify and support opportunities for innovation
Lead and mentor junior personnel
Contribute to system design and architectural decision making

Requirements:

Ten (10) years of overall development experience that includes at least 5+ years with ASP.NET MVC based web development using Visual Studio.
Five (5) years of Agile development methodology experience
Experience in web development using ASP .NET, JavaScript, C#, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML, or similar
Understanding of legacy .Net technology such as ASP .Net MVC and entity framework
Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) using technologies such as SQL and Oracle
Experience with Agile software development techniques
Understanding of DevOps
Experience with automated test frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excels in a team environment
Driven to grow and improve both yourself and the company
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an interim or active Secret clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security background investigation and must meet eligibility and DEA suitability requirements

Preferred:

Experience developing large enterprise custom web applications
Experience working in a federal government environment
