aamra networks limited is looking for Network Engineer/ Sr. Network Engineer- Technical Support
Job Description / Responsibility
• Engaging with clients to determine the nature of technical or IT challenges.
• Addressing customer inquiries and technical support requests promptly.
• Crafting and executing innovative network solutions or enhancing the effectiveness of existing networks.
• Configuring and up keeping network and security devices (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Servers) to optimize network efficiency and safeguard security.
• Closely monitoring and meticulously analyzing network logs, data, and historical records to uncover the fundamental reasons behind any network irregularities and security vulnerabilities.
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients through emails, phone calls, and on-site visits to offer extended technical assistance.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Skills Required: Network Engineering, NOC, VPN, IPSec VPN, ISP operations, GRE
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
• Vendor certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCP, NSE, RHCL, or MTCNA would be a valuable asset.
• Willing and capable of fulfilling roster duty obligations.
• Proven track record of hands-on deployment with security devices such as Cisco Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, Juniper Firewall, Routers, and Switches.
• Basic familiarity with email systems.
