Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Developer located in Uttara. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks on a daily basis.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Design, develop, and test new features in Odoo ERP.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing Odoo implementations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of development processes and customizations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and migration.
• Knowledge of Odoo workflows, security rules, and access control lists (ACLs).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services for integration.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
