IT Support Specialist

You'll play a key role in ensuring our internal users have seamless IT support, both remotely and face-to-face. From troubleshooting complex hardware and network issues to coordinating with third-party vendors and supporting AV setups—your impact will be felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding onsite and remote IT support, solving user issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Act as a local point of contact for Tier 2 and 3 escalations, including hands-on troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support user accounts, rights, and security groups.
• Repair and replace hardware components, liaise with vendors for parts, and document inventory updates.
• Provide support for laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, and conferencing systems (Webex, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Execute installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs), including cabling and equipment setup.
• Collaborate closely with 3rd party resolver groups and manufacturers for planning and advanced issue resolution.
• Handle administrative tasks linked to system access, hardware moves, and security protocols.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
• Experience working with conferencing tools (Zoom, Webex, Skype for Business, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting or coding is a plus.
• Certifications: ITIL v3 (recommended), Microsoft certifications (a strong asset).
• Fluency in English and Dutch – spoken and written.
