Job Description
We are looking for a skilled part-time web developer with expertise in Laravel and custom-coded websites. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently on assigned tasks. While most work can be done remotely, the developer should be available for in-office work as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and improve custom web applications built with Laravel.
• Optimize website performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Attend in-office meetings or work sessions as required.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Laravel and experience with custom-coded websites.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of server management and deployment is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in-office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Knowledge of website security best practices.
