If you’re a world-class Word Press developer with PHP and JavaScript experience looking to make an impact, then you’re probably who we’re looking for.

If you get excited working on innovative solutions to modern Word Press problems, AI and Hosting, this could be the perfect job for you.

Ideally, you’ll know PHP like the back of your hand, be proficient in Java script and confident with JQuery. You’ll be equally as content hooking up UI in the front end as you are working on meaty problems in the backend.

We’re looking for someone who wants to work full time hours however, if you’re the superstar we’re looking for, we can be flexible.

We are a UK based company (South Wales) but offer roles to the right candidates worldwide. So, whether you’re local to us or far away, we’ve got roles to suit!

If you’re an ambitious and highly competent Web Developer with PHP, JS, JQuery and Word Press experience then keep reading.

We’re building Updraft Central, the platform that will empower millions of Word Press site owners.

Updraft Central is an all-in-one-place platform offering a range of features for anyone managing multiple Word Press websites.

It’s been around for a while now but we’re ready to level-up.

You will be working together with a small, global team involved in development and testing of the next iteration of Updraft Central.

The day-to-day role:
• Collaborate with others on our codebase to implement new features, bug fixes and improvements
• Test and produce testing guides for your code
• Manage your own time to fulfil your tasks
• Research/debug problems on your own or in collaboration with other developers and our support team

Your exact responsibilities will depend on your experience, how this fits with other members of the team and subject to discussion and agreement!

You’ll definitely need experience with:
• PHP – the core language of Word Press and strong skills in this area is essential.
• Word Press plugin development or solutions built around Word Press

It would be nice if you also have experience with:
• Git Hub/Git Lab/Git – nice to have, but can be learnt quickly by good developers used to alternatives like SVN.
• Prefetching data and optimizing plugin performance
