• Performance Optimization:

Ensure high-throughput web applications meet performance requirements.
• Code Quality and Team Collaboration:
Lead code reviews for complex features, promoting adherence to team coding practices and best standards.
Cultivate a culture of continuous feedback and improvement among team members.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of professional experience; 7-10+ years preferred.
Technical Expertise
• Expertise in PHP/Symfony for back-end development.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, including query optimization.
• Experience working with high-throughput systems, handling thousands of requests per minute.
• Familiarity with queueing systems like RabbitMQ or SQS.
• Knowledge of caching services such as Redis.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
