We are seeking a skilled developer to create a tool in PHP (preferably using Laravel) or Node.js that can generate a PDF for book printing. This tool must include functionality for having nice cover designs, creating a table of contents and ensuring images are at 300 DPI for high-quality output. It would be great if it was quick as there might be 500+ pages. If you have experience in PDF generation and web applications, we would love to hear from you.

Please let me know which tool/framework you will use to accomplish this, and how you will overcome the challenges of creating the table of contents and also getting the DPI of 300 for the images. IF YOU DON'T INCLUDE THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
