Platform Engineer
Position Overview
As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our company's software applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure high availability and performance of all systems and services.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of applications with the infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues as they arise.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in infrastructure and cloud computing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of GIT, Python, Database Management, Agile Development, AWS, Azure, Software Development Lifecycle, Version Control Systems, RESTful API Design, Linux, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana and Puppet.
• Experience with Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, ElasticSearch
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph Required
