Job Description
The PPC & SEO Specialist is part of our digital marketing team & will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to increase visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and maximize conversions across search engines and paid media channels. This role requires expertise in both PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, etc.) and SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Education/Certification(s):
• BA/BS degree in Marketing / Advertising / Ecommerce Operations preferred.
Experience:
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Requirements for PPC & SEO Specialist:
• Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Experience with keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed decisions and develop advertising and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.

Job Duties for the PPC-SEO Specialist
• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions
• A/B test ads, audiences, and strategies to continuously improve results.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimizations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, page speed, and mobile usability.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and PR efforts.
• Monitor website rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
