⚡With plans to quadruple the engineering team by the end of 2025, they are seeking a Backend Technical Lead with strong experience in the blockchain sector, particularly with Node.js. This role involves overseeing the team’s development efforts and spearheading the creation of innovative products set to launch next year.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document the backend architecture for their web and mobile applications.
• Lead the product development team, ensuring best practices and fostering technical excellence.
• Engage in hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and feature enhancement.
• Define and implement coding standards and continuous improvements.
🚨 Skills required:
• Strong expertise with Node.js, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proven background in cloud infrastructure, ideally with AWS services (API Gateway, CloudFront, ECS, S3, SQS).
• Experience in blockchain technology, including EVM stack, smart contracts, Circom circuits, rollups, Layer 2 scaling, and GMP.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
